ABOUT
Isabel Mazzolini is an Italian cinematographer working across narrative, commercial, documentary, and music video projects between the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
Her debut feature film, Bluebird (2026), directed by Jay Arden Black, premiered at the Fantasia International Film Festival, marking the beginning of her feature filmmaking career. She also served as Director of Photography on Pilotos de Papel, directed by Fiorella Vescovi and shot in Montevideo, Uruguay, a project developed through the Latino Film Institute (LFI) in collaboration with Netflix, supporting emerging Latino filmmakers.
She is currently in pre-production on Ninagordita, director Camila Vidal's debut feature adaptation of Belinda Palacios' novel, scheduled to begin production in Lima, Peru, in November 2026.
Alongside her narrative work, Isabel has photographed campaigns and branded content for clients including Converse, Olipop, and Macrene Actives, and was the cinematographer of Jessie Murph's Grammy and MTV Video Music Award–nominated music video "Wild Ones."
Her work is defined by an intimate visual approach, expressive color, and camera movement that prioritizes emotion and human connection.
